MemDatStack

MemDatStack is intended to help you memorize any sort of memorized deck stack. It currently supports five stacks, but where it really shines is configurability: you should learn in whatever way works best for your brain. The app includes configuration options like:

  • What stack do you want to try to learn? The app currently supports:
    • Mnemonica
    • Aragon
    • Aronson
    • Particle System
    • Redford
  • Do you want to be presented multiple choice options when quizzed on a card, or should you have to name the card/location outright?
    • If you’re using multiple choice, how many choices do you want to be offered?
  • Which cards do you know? You have the ability to mark every individual card as learned/not learned, and you’ll only be quizzed on the cards you think you know.
  • How many questions do you want to be asked in each quiz?
  • Do you want to be asked more often about cards/locations that you are struggling with?
    • If you do, how far back in time should your mistakes be considered? Should we ask you more often about questions you’ve gotten wrong in the last day? The last week? The last month?
  • What time limit, if any, do you want enforced when you are answering questions?
  • How long do you want to wait between questions if you got the question right? How about if you got the question wrong?
  • What types of questions do you want to be asked? The app currently supports:
    • What card is at a specified location?
    • At what location is a specific card found?
    • What card is found before a specified card?
    • What card is found after a specified card?
  • Do you want audio feedback when you answer a question?

The app stores your results, and allows you to click into any stored quiz to see which questions you got incorrect. By default results are stored for 90 days, but you can proactively delete results sooner.
